NAPW honors Damon
The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honored Doneene Damon as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle.
Damon is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in law. With more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating local chapters, NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women.
Damon, a partner at the Delaware law firm Richards, Layton & Finger, is a nationally known leader on issues relating to statutory and common law trusts in all types of commercial and business transactions.
She represents issuers, underwriters, investors and trustees, and serves as a trusted advisor to banks and trust companies in connection with their trust and agency services, including their role as trustee, collateral agent, depository agent and exchange agent.

Morris Nichols Launches New Website
Morris Nichols, Wilmington, announced the launch of our new firm website, mnat.com. “We made a concerted effort to provide clients and friends an interactive experience focused on four core components: Attorneys, Practices, Resources and Careers,” a release from the firm stated.
