Delegation to hold job fairs in Wilmington and Rehoboth in coming days

On Friday, Sens. Carper, Coons and Congressman Carney will host their 25th job fair since the beginning of 2011. Delaware Technical Community College will be the site of the job fair, and will run from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

About  60 organizations, ranging from public and private sectors, non-profits and others will be on hand accepting resumes, meeting and greeting prospective employees and in some cases, conducting on-the-spot interviews for both full and part-time positions. The delegation will wrap the spring job fair season on Monday, May 4 at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

In addition to hosting organizations looking to hire, job seekers can listen guest speakers and participate in resume and job skills workshops. Speaking this Friday will be Joyce Dungee-Proctor, who will be lecturing on the importance of face to face networking.
