Sitel adding 100 jobs at Milford call center

Sitel-logo-1a_standardSitel, a customer service provider, announced that it is expanding its inbound call center in Milford, Del.

The company is hiring 100 positions to provide inbound call center support for a global retailer and specialty coffee and tea roaster via inbound calls and email. That will roughly double the size of the workforce at the call center

Sitel is accepting applications online at Sitel’s “Careers” section at their website or by visiting the site at 999 DuPont Boulevard, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to submit a resume and speak to a recruiter about job opportunities. Previous customer service experience and strong computer knowledge are preferred. This new round of hiring is prompted by the success of one of Sitel’s major clients, which was not identified.

“Sitel’s clients continue to experience success and they want to engage more of the talented team in Milford,” said Site Director, Kristen Zuhr. “We’re excited to hire, train and develop new professionals in the Kent and Sussex area to deliver outstanding customer care on behalf of our clients.”

This growth in Milford will likely create future career opportunities for frontline coaches and operations managers, according to a release.
