U.S. Supreme Court will not hear appeal of Chancery confidential arbitration ruling | WDDE

The U.S. Supreme Court has turned down the Delaware Court of Chancery’s appeal regarding its use of confidential arbitration in some cases.

The nation’s highest court said   Monday it would not consider reviewing a Federal Appeals court decision that ruled the program unconstitutional.
