Integrity Staffing Solutions is moving its headquarters from Wilmington to Ogletown.
Rich Kingery of Colliers International, Wilmington, confirmed that the company is leasing 17,230 square feet at the Iron Hill Corporate Center. The company is now located on the Wilmington Riverfront at 750 Shipyard Drive.
Integrity Staffing Solutions was launched by Todd Bavol and Sean Montgomery in 1997.
The company website states that the company serves thousands of clients in Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, New York, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
Iron Hill is the site of the former MBNA headquarters that was later sold to Buccini/Pollin Group by Bank of America, MBNA’s successor.
Iron Hil is now is now the home of operations for Barclaycard and J.P. Morgan Chase
Kingery said the new location for Integrity will include meeting rooms and collaborative spaces throughout. “The extraordinary ceiling heights of the suite and the proposed glass finishes are really going to make the office space pop,” he said.
Kingery represented Integrity. Brian Hopkins and John Kaczowka with CBRE, Wilmington, represented the landlord, Buccini/Pollin Group. Integrity Staffing is slated to move in the spring.
