Wilmington Police investigate double homicide

Police are investigating a double homicide  in the 600 block of W. 30th Street. Officers were called to the block at approximately 12:21 a.m. Sunday after receiving a 911 call reporting shots fired.

Officers found  a Nissan Maxima that had collided with another vehicle in the 600 block of W. 30th Street. Inside the vehicle  were Michael Green, 26, and Danielle Bowe, 25, with apparent gunshot wounds.

The victims were transported by ambulance to Christiana Hospital where they were pronounced deceased. There is no suspect information.
