Philadelphia is at the center of a new industrial boom. A visible sign of that are the long trains snaking through the city, bringing crude oil from North Dakota to the citys revived refineries.

The same thing is happening in Delaware as trains make their way to the Delaware City Refinery.

The shipments are bringing jobs as well as fears that intensified when runaway cars led to fatal explosions in a small town in Quebec.
