The Delaware law firm Morris James, with locations in Wilmington, Newark, Dover and Georgetown, has opened its sixth office, in Rehoboth Beach.

“Our expansion into Sussex County started with the combination with Wilson Halbrook & Bayard in January, 2013.  Opening the Rehoboth office is an exciting opportunity for us to facilitate providing services to individuals and businesses in the coastal communities in Sussex County,” David H. Williams, Morris James’ managing partner, stated. “In addition to Morris James’ attorneys with offices in Rehoboth, and six partners in Georgetown, all of our Morris James’ lawyers will now have access to another office close to our clients in Sussex County.  Our lawyers based throughout Delaware feel this will augment services we already provide to local clients.”

Morris James will offer a full-range of legal services in the Rehoboth office including both business and personal representations in areas such as real estate, estate planning, corporate transactions and counseling, employment law, estate planning, family law, healthcare, high net-worth representation, personal injury, tax and business services and more.

“Being able to provide top-tier legal service, and full range of expertise, in this growing region of Delaware is important to Morris James.  Six offices strategically located throughout the State allows us to serve our clients more efficiently and conveniently,” said David H. Williams.

The new office is located at 402 Rehoboth Avenue. Morris James will hold an open house this fall for Rehoboth and surrounding areas.
