Kent County Economic Summit coming in late September

Delaware Technical Community College will hold its Fifth Annual Kent County Economic Summit – an open forum for local government officials, community, education and business leaders and citizens to network and discuss key issues affecting Kent County’s economic future – on Tuesday, Sept. 24 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Registration and continental breakfast starts at 7:15 and lunch follows the program at 12:30.

The event is presented in collaboration with the Central Delaware Business and Entrepreneurship Consortium. This year’s speakers include Alan B. Levin, secretary, Delaware Economic Development Office; Edwin Kee, secretary of agriculture; James G. Waddington, director of economic development, Kent County; and William G. Neaton, economic development executive director, City of Dover.
