Amy McCullough and Justin Mayse recently opened Pike Creek Nutrition in the Shoppes of Limestone Hills off Route 7 in Pike Creek.

The couple met online through a popular social media site when Amy noticed a post from Justin, an employee at Limestone Nutrition off Kirkwood Highway.

Amy had been the club and went back to see if she could learn more. They went on their first date on Valentine’s Day, and became engaged in May. They are planning an October wedding in 2014.

Justin was working four jobs and Amy had tired of the banking world. They decided to go into business together.

“We help people lose weight, add muscle, and be healthy,” says Justin.  “We are wellness coaches,” says Amy, “we stay in touch with clients, keep them motivated and on target.”  The journey to health for clients starts with a weigh-in and health assessment.  Pike Creek Nutrition offers shakes made up of 240 calories, 15 grams of protein, 23 vitamins and minerals.  Added to that an herbal tea and shot of aloe.  “The aloe drink really helps the digestive process,” says Justin.  “We have 100 flavors of shakes and each day is a different tea,” he says.

Justin and Amy have now returned to Facebook with the Pike Creek Nutrition page and joined the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce to further aid in their business growth. The store has cool colors with warm wood furniture and a beach theme.
