The Delaware Department of Transportation advises travelers that on Monday, July 29 through Wednesday, July 31 from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. (each night) there will be lane closures on Interstate 95 northbound and southbound.
Motorists will also see intermittent rolling road blocks on I-95 northbound and southbound for 15 minute increments from 10 p.m. until 4 a.m., each night.
These lane restrictions and rolling road blocks are necessary for the removal and installation of overhead sign structures over the I-95 travel lanes.
