Delaware State Police arrested two New York women Tuesday after receiving a tip from the public about prostitution at a massage parlor located at 785 Pulaski Highway.
Two undercover troopers paid for a massages at the business and in both cases the suspects attempted to initiate a sex act .
Shortly after the second massage, troopers executed a search warrant at the business and seized possible proceeds. The two masseuses, Tai Meishuj, 42, and Paio Mei Laui, 47, both of Flushing, N.Y., were each issued criminal summonses for prostitution and released.
