Governor Jack Markell was joined by Banking Commissioner Robert Glenn, Christina School District Superintendent Freeman Williams, representatives from Stand By Me, bankers and students to launch the Bank at School Program at Glasgow High School. One of the components is to encourage kids to establish savings accounts for college and to help them learn about the services provided by financial institutions
