DNREC says it will expedite permits for docks damaged or destroyed by Sandy

The  Delaware Department of Natural Resources  Wetlands and Subaqueous Lands Section announced  it will expedite authorizations for the repair or replacement of docks, piers or other previously-existing structures in tidal or non-tidal waters that were damaged as a result of Hurricane Sandy.

Please contact DNREC’s Wetlands and Subaqueous Lands Section and request a Repair Statewide Activity Approval (SAA) Authorization Form by phone at 302-739-9943 or by email through gayle.calder@state.de.us. The opportunity to request an expedited authorization will expire January 31, 2013.
