Camera footage tied the suspects to the 7-11 hold-up and murder.

That led detectives Wednesday to the apartment of the registered owner of the Ford Taurus, in the unit block of Winterhaven Drive, adjacent to the 7-11 convenience store.

Officers, with a search warrant took Andre D. Palmer, 25, of Fairburn, Ga. and Vanisha D. Carson, 25, of New Castle, into custody along with evidence linking the suspects two both crimes.

It was further determined that Carson was the driver of the Ford Taurus transporting Palmer and Vincent Stallings to both robberies.

Further investigation indicated that   Stallings, 21, of Wilmington, was in possession of the handgun during the 7-11 robbery.

On Thursday, at around 3 a.m. detectives executed a search warrant at an apartment in the unit block of Court Drive, Lancaster Court Apartments, near Wilmington and found Stallings inside, where he was taken into custody without incident.
