The Delaware Council on Development Finance recommended a $150,000 performance-based grant for Solazyme Roquette Nutritionals from the state’s Strategic Fund, according to the Delaware Economic Development Office.
The food ingredients company, based in San Francisco, plans to open an East Coast office in northern Delaware.
The company expects to create 17 jobs at a site in the Concord Plaza office complex north of Wilmington by 2014.
