BILL SIGNED BY GOV. AIMS TO PROTECT FORMER FOSTER CHILDREN FROM IDENTITY THEFT

    Gov. Jack  Markell signed into law a bill that helps foster children move into adulthood with fewer risks of identity theft.

    Effective January 1, 2013,  children preparing to age out of foster care will, by law, receive a credit history report to protect them from identity theft.
