Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, Milton, Del. and Brooklyn Brine have collaborated on a the Hop-Pickle.
The Hop-Pickle is made with Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA, caramelized onions and Cascade hops and is packaged by hand in Brooklyn Brines small artisanal kitchen.
The brewery, which also operates a restaurant-pub in Rehoboth Beach, has been active in a number of ventures in the New York metro area.
