The investigation into the incident began at approximately 11:53 p.m. on Sunday, after troopers were called to the Star Center located in the 3100 block of New Castle Avenue in New Castle. Troopers located numerous shell casings in the parking lot as well as the body of a man lying inside of the DWAR Studio Barbershop and Salon.
