Cragg an invisible man online

I wanted to find out a little more about Jeff Cragg, the Republican candidate for governor, perhaps through his website.

I turned to Google and read a couple of stories on the announcement of his candidacy, but alas it was hard to find much more about Cragg  other  than the story about his announcement in each of Delaware’s three counties and his pro jobs economic development strategy that takes  aim at the Markell administraiton’s decision to back Fisker Automotive’s development of the former G.M. Boxwood plant.

That project  is now on hold, due to the U.S. Energy Department holding back a loan.

Dropping down further in the web listings for Cragg, I did find that he owns a Mailboxes Etc. store in north Wilmington.

But unless his website, Facebook and Twitter pages are well hidden, it seems that Cragg has no online presence. Yet another search found that the web domain name jeffcragg2012.com is available as of mid-morning on Thursday.

I imagine the low profile will change momentarily, as Cragg will face perhaps the nation’s most online savvy governor in Jack Markell.

By contrast, Cragg’s running-mate for Lt. Governor Sher Valenzuela http://www.sher2012.com/ has a presence on the web as well as Facebook and Twitter. Time to help him out, Sher. – Doug Rainey
