Dogfish Head is not the only regional brewer on an expansion path. Victory Brewing Co. is grabbing vacant industrial space for its second brewery in Chester County, Pa., the company disclosed earlier this month. According to the company blog, the current brewery in Downingtown is reaching capacity and expansion is necessary.

The company is expanding at a vacant complex in Parksburg, about 25 miles of Newark. The company cited the quality of the water in the area as the reason for choosing a site in a quiet corner of the county.
The company will retain the Downingtown site and according to the blog and hopes to add some brands that are no on hiatus, due to production constrints.
