Warden named principal at Fish & Richardson

Fish & Richardson has named Joseph Warden as a principal in the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Group in Wilmington.

Ten  attorneys were elevated to principal across the firm’s 12 offices.

Warden focuses his practice on IP litigation as well as corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Prior to his legal career, he was a support engineer for Novell (2003-2005). He received his J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2009 and his B.A. from Brigham Young University in 2005.
