Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP, Wilmington,   announced that Ryan Stottmann and Jeremy Tigan have been elected partners effective January 1.  “We are delighted to welcome Ryan and Jeremy to the partnership and congratulate them on this significant career accomplishment,” said   Rodger D. Smith, chair of the firm’s executive committee.

Ryan D. Stottmann joined Morris Nichols in 2008 and is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business Litigation Group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and appeals before the Delaware Supreme Court. Ryan’s practice also involves litigating in the Delaware Superior Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. He is a 2008 cum laude graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law where he was associate editor and staff member of the Maryland Law Review.

Tigan

Jeremy A. Tigan joined Morris Nichols in 2008 and is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group. His practice focuses on patent, trademark and trade secret cases encompassing many areas of technology. Jeremy is presently co-chair of the Federal Bar Association (“FBA”) Delaware Chapter’s Intellectual Property Law Section. In 2013, he completed the Federal Trial Practice Seminar sponsored by the FBA and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Jeremy graduated cum laude from the George Mason University School of Law in 2007 where he was a member of the moot court board and served on the national moot court competition team.
