DuffyDonna Duffy, CEO/founder of 3E Marketing Solutions, was named one of the “Top 30” in the 2016 John C. Maxwell Leadership Awards, which annually recognizes individuals or organizations whose achievements, contributions and qualifications have made them outstanding leaders.

“This year’s top 100 was extremely difficult to nail down to a top 30,” said Maxwell, “Nominated by their peers, these 30 finalists are influencers—lid lifters!”

“Delawareans should be extremely proud that one of its own, Donna Duffy, has been selected into the semi-finals for the third annual John Maxwell Leadership Award,” added Nathan Eckel, a founding member of the John Maxwell Team. “Out of thousands of nominees, she has reached the top 30 after a rigorous application process. Over the past five years, I have had the opportunity to go from studying the books of John Maxwell to working with him internationally through the John Maxwell Team. The John Maxwell Leadership Award is one way that his brand of leadership goes “from me to we” at an important time in Delaware history.”

Duffy’s nomination cited her rich service background and her numerous contributions to the community. Her success in business comes largely from her commitment to the success of her clients. Donna leads a monthly free workshop, “Boost Your Business,” where she gets down in the trenches with small business owners.  She says she derives her greatest pleasure from the development of others.

“I am beyond thrilled even to be considered for this incredible honor,” says Duffy. “John Maxwell is one of my mentors and heroes, and I could never have imagined myself in the company of so many talented, accomplished individuals.”
