Gillis Gilkerson, Salisbury, announced the completion of the renovation of Jefferson I Apartments at 825 Kings Highway in Lewes, Delaware.

Jefferson Apartments is a 41,050 square foot affordable housing community with 39 units in five 2-story buildings and a rental office. The community was first built in 1981. The renovation included the installation of new windows, doors, roofing, siding, flooring, appliances and HVAC systems.
