Fish & Richardson announced the appointment of Susan Morrison Coletti as the managing principal of the Wilmington, Del. office. As managing principal, Coletti will oversee all aspects of the Wilmington office, from day-to-day administration to long-range planning, as well as leading a team of 21 attorneys.
“Susan has shown great leadership, strong managerial skills, and visionary thinking,” said Peter Devlin, president of Fish & Richardson. “I am thrilled that she has taken on this new role, and look forward to working with her to help shape the future at our firm.”
Coletti will continue her intellectual property and patent litigation practice, which focuses on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, including substantial Hatch-Waxman work. She previously served as group leader for the firm’s Litigation Group. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Kent A. Jordan on the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware (2005-2006) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (2007).
Coletti received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2005. She received her B.S., with high honors, in cell biology from Haverford College in 2001.
