Vita Nova, the University of Delaware campus restaurant , is accepting reservations for the fall semester.

Vita Nova, located on the second floor of the Trabant University Center, will open for lunch on Sept. 4, and for dinner on Sept. 5.
It offers a lunch buffet Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. and elegant four-course dining Wednesday-Friday from 5:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended.
The Darden Bistro, also located on the second floor of the Trabant University Center, offers a three-course theatre menu, a tapas style small plate menu, custom cocktails and a wine selection. It is open Wednesday through Friday evenings.

The Vita Nova Restaurant Laboratory is dedicated to educating hospitality professionals, and is part of the Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management in UD’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics.
