PODS to occupy 130,000 square feet at Delaware River Industrial Park

Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc. announced the completion of its latest industrial property spanning 130,000 square feet at 50 Harbor View Drive in the Delaware River Industrial Park.

PODS Enterprises LLC, which uses containers to store and move household goods, will occupy the entire building at 50 Harbor View Drive. Terms were not disclosed.

.A customer using a PODS container does his or her packing. The container is then transported to a warehouse for storage or to the new location for unloading.

The self-load approach has grown in popularity and has spawned competitors such as COWS.

The Delaware River Industrial Park encompasses 45 acres along Lambson Lane in New Castle. The site is near major highways.

Harvey, Hanna & Associates is a Newport-based real estate redevelopment company with 3.5 million square feet of industrial, office, and hospitality real estate in the Mid-Atlantic region.
