Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc. announced the completion of its latest industrial property spanning 130,000 square feet at 50 Harbor View Drive in the Delaware River Industrial Park.

PODS Enterprises LLC, which uses containers to store and move household goods, will occupy the entire building at 50 Harbor View Drive. Terms were not disclosed.

“We are proud to unveil this addition to our portfolio,” said Thomas J. Hanna, president and CEO of Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc. “This project underscores our dedication to delivering cutting-edge industrial spaces designed to optimize efficiency and productivity for our tenants. This project represents HHA’s very first self-fulfilled new construction project where the entire project was managed in house by HHA Construction Management. I could not be prouder of the project team, which was led by Mike Nash, Mike Brabson, Will Harvey and Thomas Harvey. The entire project team deserves a lot of credit for a job well done.”

“We are excited to be the inaugural tenant at 50 Harbor View in New Castle,” said Dan Knafo, PODS director of Real Estate & Corporate Development.”This strategic location and modern facility align seamlessly with our operational needs as we continue to expand our operations and serve our customers with excellence.”

.A customer using a PODS container does his or her packing. The container is then transported to a warehouse for storage or to the new location for unloading.

The self-load approach has grown in popularity and has spawned competitors such as COWS.

The Delaware River Industrial Park encompasses 45 acres along Lambson Lane in New Castle. The site is near major highways.
