A Facebook post and a release on the Delaware government site thanked employers for their patience while the process was completed.
The error was acknowledged in January, with the department indicating that it would let employers know through various means and reissue a corrected letter.
The letters were mailed to all employers, including those whose rate was unaffected by the error, according to the division.
