Ducklings Early Learning Center will open a new location in Whitehall this month. Whitehall is a planned community near Middletown.
An open houe will be held on 13th, 2024 from 10 a.m. -12 p.m.
Ducklings Early Learning Center classrooms are designed with specific age groups in mind from infants to pre-k,
