Price named senior VP at Artisans’ Bank

Price

Artisans’ Bank promoted Colin Price, vice president of commercial lending to senior vice president chief retail banking officer. 

In his new position, Price is responsible for leading and directing all aspects of the bank’s community-based retail banking operations. He works with management and their teams to establish goals and implement strategies to achieve growth, profitability, operational efficiency, compliance, and best-in-class customer experience. 

Price joined Artisans’ Bank’s Retail Branch Division in 2002 following a six-year department and store management career with Giant Foods.

Following twelve years within Artisans’ branch network, Price expanded his banking career experience by joining Artisans’ Commercial Lending Division as a credit analyst. In 2015 he was promoted to Commercial Relationship Banker responsible for all aspects of commercial banking and lending to local businesses in Delaware. 

Founded in 1861, Artisans’ Bank is a locally managed, mutually owned community bank headquartered near Wilmington, with 12 retail branch locations and two community-based lending hubs in Kent and Sussex County.

Senior appointments at WSFS

 WSFS Bank announced the hiring of Alyson Beasley Bradley as senior vice president, chief auditor; Jeffrey Goodman as senior vice president, general counsel; and Frank McGrane as senior vice president, deputy chief credit officer.

Beasley Bradley will lead the Internal Audit Department and will oversee the continuous development and implementation of a comprehensive and effective internal audit program throughout the company, including its subsidiary companies.

Goodman will serve as the primary support and advisor to the Commercial Division.

McGrane will have a senior leadership role in commercial and consumer credit administration, approval and policy matters.

Before joining WSFS, Beasley Bradley served as chief audit executive at Freedom Mortgage Corporation.

Goodman joins WSFS with over 30 years of lending experience including with Santander Bank, GMAC Mortgage, Advanta, and in private practice. Most recently, he served as contract counsel at Wells Fargo where he assisted with an enterprise-wide lending and servicing compliance program.

Before joining WSFS, McGrane served as Executive Vice President and Senior Credit Officer for Citizens Bank, where he managed a team that provided credit approvals and risk management oversight for the regional middle market and nonprofit loan portfolios.

NAMI adds southern Delaware coordinator

NAMI Delaware is expanding its programming and services in southern Delaware.

The organization announced the promotion of Jacqueline Contreras, previously the part-time multicultural engagement coordinator, to southern Delaware coordinator, a full-time role.

Contreras, who is fluent in English and Spanish, has worked with NAMI Delaware since 2020, primarily with the Spanish-speaking community in Sussex County. In her new role, she will build programming to meet educational and support needs in both counties, as well as assist with advocacy and the HelpLine and represent the organization at meetings, events, and community activities.

DiSabatino joins Community Foundation

The Delaware Community Foundation (DCF) named Cassie DiSabatino as its donor services coordinator.

DiSabatino will join the donor services team to help grow the assets of the DCF to increase the philanthropic impact of Delaware’s donors. She will be the frontline contact for DCF fundholders and support the philanthropic services team engagement of our key donors and stakeholders through stewardship and philanthropic support.

DiSabatino comes to the DCF from St. Mary Magdalen School where she served as advancement director. She directed and managed the school’s admissions and fundraising programs to increase student recruitment, enrollment, and retention as well as drove financial investment in the school’s annual fund.

Shipley Living names executive director

Bolde

William “Eric” Boide was named executive director of Shipley Living.

Boide has a  bachelor’s degree in organizational management and a master’s degrees in healthcare management and business administration.

While attaining those degrees, he worked in various administrative positions with increasing responsibilities at other senior living communities. 

Bolde also has worked in the culinary field.

Lourdusamy

Lourdusamy joins Bayhealth
Bayhealth welcomed Vennis Lourdusamy, MD, to the Bayhealth Gastroenterology, Sussex Campus team.
Bayhealth Gastroenterology, Sussex Campus is part of Bayhealth Medical Group.

Lourdusamy comes to Bayhealth from NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst in Queens, NY, where he completed fellowship training in gastroenterology.

He has a medical degree from Kilpauk Medical College in India and completed his internal medicine residency at Brandon Regional Hospital in Brandon, Florida.

Couple wins Easterseals volunteer award

David and Jamie Doane,  Dagsboro,, will be presented with the Easterseals Drex Jones Volunteer Award at Easterseals 75th Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, October 19th, at the Chase Center in Wilmington.

 Easterseals provides services for children and adults with disabilities and their families in the region.
The Doanes met as summer counselors at Camp Fairlee in 1972 and led to a lifelong commitment to Easterseals, a release stated.
