JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has closed the sale of Larkin’s Corner, a 225,214-square-foot, grocery-anchored retail center in Boothwyn, Delaware County, PA, about four miles from the Delaware state line.
JLL represented the seller, Site Centers and worked with the buyer in this transaction. The identity of the buyer was not disclosed.
Larkin’s Corner is currently 99% occupied and is anchored by Acme and Walmart.
JLL officials said the market for retail centers anchored by grocers remains strong despite high interest rates and other factors.
Additional businesses include a newly relocated McDonald’s with a drive-thru, TD Bank, and Dollar Tree.
