The Delawaer Association of Realtors reported interesting developments in Delaware’s housing market during June.

Homes stayed on the market slightly longer than before, giving buyers time to mull over their decisions. This shift might indicate a move towards a more balanced market, where neither sellers nor buyers have a significant upper hand, the association noted.

Despite fewer new listings and sales, property values remained strong and even showed signs of growth.

“What’s clear from these trends is that Delaware’s real estate market is both responsive and robust. Through the natural ebbs and flows, the industry remains steadfast, always aiming to support and guide those looking to call Delaware home,” a release stated.
