Blue Water Development has recently acquired the Inn at Pine Knoll Shores in Atlantic Beach, Nc., management of a campground located in Rockport, ME, and a campground in Greenfield Park, NY.
Thie recent expansion of Blue Water’s portfolio reflects a busy year of growth including the addition of more than 20 RV resorts, two marinas, and a hotel.
Blue Water, based in Ocean City, MD, operates hotels and campgrounds in Delaware, primarily in coastal Sussex County. An affiliated company, Great Outdoor Cottages builds tiny homes for campgrounds and RV parks at a site in Georgetown.

Additions to Blue Water’s campground management portfolio include Sea Swell Campgrounds and Skyway Camping Resort. Sea Swell Campgrounds features wooded camping and is near scenic Maine harbors and local recreation. Skyway Camping Resort offers camping amenities just north of New York City in the Catskill Mountains.
