WSFS branches temporarily close walk-in lobby services

Citing staffing challenges related to Covid-19 WSFS announced that all branches will operate without walk-in service beginning Tuesday.

Banking offices will operate as drive-thru and appointment only. Locations without a drive-thru will operate by appointment only.

Updates will be available through the WSFS  Banking Office Locator tool. People scheduling an appointment accessing a safe deposit box, etc.can click here or call your local banking office.

All associates will be wearing face masks and we customers are asked to do the same. All associates and Customers are required to wear a mask if local mandates are in effect. Delaware has no mask mandates in place for businesses.

Many services can do through a mobile banking service or at more than 600 WSFS and Bryn Mawr Trust ATMs.

On Monday, WSFS completed the merger with Bryn Mawr Trust and announce and announced three new members to its board of directors. The conversion and rebranding of Bryn Mawr’s branches to WSFS will occur later this year.

Wilmington-based WSFS is the largest bank based in the Delaware Valley, but still has a smaller market share than giants like Pittsburgh-based PNC and San Francisco-based Wells Fargo.
