Delaware State Police were on the scene of an industrial accident located on Coastal Highway and Water Works Court, Bethany Beach.

At 10:31 a.m., Delaware State Police were called to  a water tower.

The investigation determined two men from Puerto Rico, ages  22 and 23a were working on a Z135 Man Lift, installing new antennas for Velex company on the water tower of Sussex Shores Water Company.

The individuals were about  120 feet off the ground when a strong wind caused the lift to tip over and become tangled in the surrounding electrical wires as it fell to the ground.

Both individuals were pronounced dead at the scene.  Next of kin are being notified.
