Wilmington real estate attorney Douglas Hershman died after a long battle with brain cancer. He was 58.
Hershman was active in community and real estate circles and served as president of the University and Whist Club, Wilmington.
Hershman and his family lived in Garnet Valley PA.
A native of Queens, NY. He was a graduate of the University of Delaware and earned a law degree from Syracuse University.
A funeral will be held on Friday, Oct. 11 at 11 a.m.. at The University and Whist Club, 805 North Broom Street, Wilmington. Burial will follow at the Jewish Community Cemetery, 401 Foulk Road, Wilmington.
