A site of popular hardware store in the Five Points area on Coastal Highway will be purchased by The Delaware Department of Transportation as part of a plan to relieve increasingly severe congestion in the area near Lewes.
DELDOT has been working with residents to deal with traffic woes that are now year around in the area of Coastal Sussex County.
