Union Park Automotive Group announced it acquired Maier’s Shell Service’s customer service business.
Located on Marsh Road in north Wilmington, Maier’s Shell Service has been repairing cars for more than 60 years.
As part of the acquisition, Maier’s service technicians will be moving to Union Park.

Union Park Automotive Group, Inc., an automobile dealership group established in Wilmington in 1955 and now representing BMW, Honda, Buick GMC, Volvo Cars and Jaguar. Union Park Automotive Group, Inc. employs approximately 150 full-time and part-time staff.
