Delaware-based Koncordia becomes part of three-way merger

Marketing Associates is becoming  OneMagnify through its consolidation of Koncordia Group (Delaware), Conclusive Analytics (North Carolina), and Magnify Analytic Solutions (Detroit).

Koncordia’s clients include DuPont Co. The company has a staff of 45. The total workforce at OneMagnify totals 400.

 “Our repositioning as OneMagnify reflects how we collectively focus on the intersection of the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Analytics Officer and align their three vital disciplines for immediate and insightful impact,” said OneMagnify CEO Mark Petroff. “The surge of accessible data, the need to act on insights in real time and the imperative for scalable, secure solutions are what led to our integration.”

OneMagnify works in partnership with global clients across many sectors – including Fortune 500 companies such as Ford Motor Company, Whirlpool, Syngenta, Navistar and DuPont. The team’s focus is turning data-driven insight into impact for clients through a combination of marketing, technology and analytics, a release stated.
