Bellevue Realty has been selected to represent the owners of two large properties in Wilmington.
The Christ Our King Church and Rectory, located between W. 28th and W. 29th Streets, north Madison and north Monroe streets, and the Delaware Preparatory Academy property, formerly Christ Our King School, located across W. 28th Street from the church, are for sale for a combined price of $1.4 million.
