This year marks the 13th annual City Restaurant Week, which will begin Monday, April 3, and continue through Saturday, April 8.

The culinary event invites locals and travelers alike to experience the city’s dining scene. The result is a selection  of 16 restaurants offering guests an inviting selection of international cuisine — from Thai to Italian to Japanese.

Chefs create  special menus that showcase their culinary talents while owners invite diners to sample the unique cuisine  with prix-fixe options of $15 for lunch and $35 for dinner.

“City Restaurant Week enables us to create fresh menus for the spring, plus it puts emphasis on trying new things and new restaurants within our community,” says Dan Butler, owner, of Piccolina Toscana. “CRW is a reminder that this city has remarkable dining options in close proximity to one another.”
“City Restaurant Week is a culinary invitation to the people of our community to experience the special and talented offerings of this city’s great restaurants and chefs.  CRW helps build community while showcasing the culinary talents and unique dining experiences in our town,” says Beth Ross, co-owner of Domaine Hudson.

The restaurants include:  Café Mezzanotte, Chelsea Tavern, Cocina Lolo, Columbus Inn, Del Pez – Wilmington, Domaine Hudson, Ernest and Scott Taproom, The Green Room at the Hotel duPont, Harry’s Seafood Grill, La Fia Bistro, Merchant Bar, Mikimotos, Piccalina Toscana, Tonic Bar and Grille, Ubon Thai Cuisine and Washington Street Ale House.
