The  program provides an impetus for area youth to strengthen their individual leadership through a series of talks, group sessions, and sharing of insights.

The Siegfried Maybank Leadership Program  was formed by Rob Siegfried, founder and CEO of The Siegfried Group, and Anthuan Maybank, an Olympic gold medalist, educator, and motivational speaker.

“Anthuan and I both share a passion for helping the youth in our community reach their highest potential,” said Siegfried. “That’s why we came together to create this unique program that focuses on helping youth build their individual leadership, enhance their lives, and inspire healthy change in their local communities.”

Students in grades 8 through 12, their teachers and mentors, local business leaders, University of Delaware leadership, state politicians, and more  were  in attendance.
