DuPont Protection Solutions introduced a 12-inch-wide DuPont Flashing Tape product to its full line of 100 percent butyl-backed Flashing Systems.
The tape provides a protective envelope around heads and jambs of windows and doors.
The new DuPont Flashing Tape features a three-piece asymmetrical release liner.
The flashing can be used in number of applications, including deep window sills and inside and outside corner flashings often used in multi-family construction.
DuPont Flashing Tape is part of the DuPont Flashing System portfolio of products that include DuPont™ StraightFlash, ,StraightFlash VF and FlexWrap NF that are all 100 percent butyl-backed self-adhered flashing products.
DuPont Flashing Systems work with DuPont Tyvek Weather Barrier Systems to help seal the building envelope.
