ribboncuttingfinalSVN – Miller Commercial Real Estate last month cut the ribbon on a rebranding at its office in Salisbury, MD.

The name of the company was changed from Sperry Van Ness to SVN, a reflection of a trend toward commercial real estate firms shortening moving from the names of founders to initials.

In January, Sperry Van Ness International, a global commercial real estate firm with over 200 offices and 1,000 Advisors, became SVN.

The commercial real estate company offers brokerage, leasing, property management and maintenance services.

SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate has offices in Salisbury, MD, Annapolis, MD, Bethesda, MD, Seaford and Wilmington.
