Nason selected as contractor for next phase of Lighthouse Cove project in Dewey

viewwestpoolLighthouse Cove Development Company (LCDC)  announced that Nason Construction, Wilmington,   will serve as the general contractor for the next phase of development at the Lighthouse Cove Resort in Dewey Beach.

The next phase of construction, scheduled to commence this month will include 27 additional luxury condominium units, including expanded parking, rooftop pool and plaza.

Nason Construction is a family-owned-and-operated builder specializing in preconstruction services, construction management, design-build, general contracting and sustainable practices, a release stated.

Nason currently operates across three Mid-Atlantic regions – Wilmington, Philadelphia, and the Delmarva Peninsula.
