Broadpoint Construction, Rehoboth Beach, has been selected as the general contractor for the new waterfront apartment community The Residences at River Place in Seaford.
The Residences at River Place will bring 72 apartment units – a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes – along with a community center, pool, and boat docks to the project site which sits along the Nanticoke River in downtown Seaford.
Broadpoint joins a team of project professionals – led by David Perlmutter of developer The Residences at River Place, LLC. The the team also includes Fisher Architecture, Parker and Associates, Blake and Vaughn Engineering, MacIntosh Engineering, and ABBA Engineering.
