Armand J. Della Porta, Jr., a shareholder in the Wilmington office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was a featured speaker at the Perrin Conferences’ Mid-Atlantic Asbestos Litigation Conference, held May 3 in Hockessin. Porta and fellow panelists discussed, “Bankruptcy Trusts and Discovery Issues.”
A member of the firm’s Casualty Department, he is an attorney in the realm of asbestos and mass tort litigation, personal injury and construction defect litigation. He has tried more than 100 cases to verdict in the state and federal courts of Delaware and Pennsylvania.
He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Georgetown University and received his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law. He is the Atlantic Regional Director of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and he is a member and a past president of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the Defense Counsel of Delaware. He is also a member of the Delaware State Bar Association.
