David Krieger, president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, announced that the Wilmington,  office has been named a Platinum Award winner by the Cartus Broker Network for its outstanding performance during the past year.

The award was recently presented at the 2016 Cartus Broker Network International Conference. Cartus Corporation is a worldwide leader in employee relocation solutions.

Coldwell Banker Preferred has 10 offices and a sales force of more than 600 affiliated sales associates and staff in the  Delaware Valley, an area that includes northern Delaware and southern New Jersey.

Platinum is the highest level of the Excellence Awards that can be awarded and is based on performance results related to a wide variety of goals including customer service, cost management, and effective analysis and marketing of homes. Less than 35% percent of the Network’s principal brokers achieved Platinum level recognition for their performance in 2015.

The Wilmington office was also recognized with the Cartus Five Star Award, which recognizes brokerages who have met or exceeded their individual objectives for outgoing broker-to-broker referral closings during the calendar year.
