Delaware State Police confirmed today that they were investigating the discovery of a digital camera in the women’s bathroom of Moe’s Southwest Grill at the Midway Plaza Shopping Center off Limestone Road and Kirkwood Highway.The investigation began on Friday, March 19as when an employee of the restaurant called Delaware State Police Troop 6 and reported that a small digital camera had been located inside of the women’s bathroom at the restaurant. The employee told troopers that the camera was placed in a position that would capture images of women using a specific toilet in the bathroom.
The investigation into this incident has been assumed by the Delaware State Police Major Crimes unit.
